Terms of Service
Last updated June 2026. These terms cover bookings, payments and cancellations when you travel with us.
Bookings & enquiries
An enquiry is not a confirmed booking. A trip is confirmed once we have agreed the itinerary with you and received any deposit due. We will always set out the full price and what it includes before you commit.
Payments
Deposits and balance due dates are stated at the time of booking. Prices are quoted per person unless noted otherwise, and may change for currency or third-party cost reasons until your booking is confirmed.
Cancellations
Cancellation terms depend on the trip and how close to departure you cancel, and are shared in writing before you book. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for every journey.
Responsibility
We take great care selecting our local partners. Travel in remote regions carries inherent risk; itineraries may change for weather, safety or conditions beyond our control, and we will always act in your best interest when they do.
